Etichub S.r.l. as Data Controller manages personal data in full compliance with the current Privacy legislation – New European Regulation GDPR 2016/679. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and for investigations in the event of any disputes.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The user can visit the organization’s site without having to provide any personal data, except for the forms:
– “contacts” where the user will be asked to enter personal data in order to be contacted and thus be able to respond to requests for information;
– “volunteer registration” where the user will be asked to enter personal data in order to be able to register as a volunteer and thus be contacted by our organization;
– “request for a quote” where the user will be asked to enter personal data in order to allow our organization to formulate a quote based on the needs expressed by the user;
– “newsletter” where the user will be asked to enter personal data in order to receive updates on the company’s activity and related future initiatives. Failure to accept the “Privacy” link (placing a check mark and then pressing the SEND button) at the bottom of the form will make it impossible to acquire the data and proceed with the intended purposes.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, the purposes pursued are:
– navigation on this website,
– possible contact request,
– possible registration as a volunteer,
– possible request for a quote,
– possible subscription to the newsletter. The data relating to the management of the contact and the formulation of the quote will be retained only for the time necessary to manage the requests made, except for future agreements in the event of consolidation of the relationships. Registration as a volunteer as well as subscription to the newsletter can be interrupted at any time and your personal data deleted; it will be sufficient to notify us (see paragraph 8). Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Personal data will not be disclosed but will be communicated to persons specifically identified as Data Processors (internal/external) and authorized to report directly to the Data Processors. Internal and external personnel are authorized to process data within the limits of their assigned competences and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.
With reference to Article 7 of the GDPR, the interested party is allowed to revoke at any time the consent given by filling in the “contacts”, “volunteer registration”, “request for quote” and “newsletter” forms (see paragraph 8).
The Data Controller does not carry out processing consisting of automated decision-making processes on the data processed.
The user/interested party may, at any time, exercise their rights as provided for by the European Regulation GDPR 2016/679 by writing an email to: info@etichub.it. The rights that the interested party may exercise are the following:
– obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to the personal data and all the information provided for in art. 15 of the GDPR,
– obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without unjustified delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration,
– obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without unjustified delay,
– obtain the limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR,
– receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to the undersigned company,
– object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) of the GDPR. In this case, the company will refrain from further processing the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for proceeding with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court,
– not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Finally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the state of residence.
